On October 1, 1995, the first Xin Rong Ji restaurant opened in Taizhou, the birthplace of the Tiantai School of Buddhism.
Over the past three decades, rooted in the bounty of the East China Sea, Xin Rong Ji has gradually expanded its presence to cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Chengdu, Xi'an, and Wuhan, as well as Jiangxi and Hainan provinces, and internationally to Shenzhen, Suzhou, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, Japan.
